The Oulahen Team was formed when Paul, Norah, Mark and Jeffery joined Re/Max Realtron Realty Inc. Brokerage. Prior to that Paul Oulahen had his own boutique brokerage company for many years near Mt. Pleasant and Davisville.

This firm, P. R. Oulahen Ltd. worked in the central core of the city with a presence in Rosedale, Forest Hill, Moore Park and Lawrence Park. Paul has worked for more than 28 years as a licensed broker with thousands of transactions to date. His wealth of experience has helped him assemble land for developers and understand the planning, zoning and the residential or commercial aspects of a deal.

In the last 10 years he has been working with his wife and two sons to broaden the scope of the business. The Oulahen Team provides services in Residential, Commercial, Business Brokerage and more. Each member of the team brings unique skills to deliver success in every area of buying or selling a product.

In January 2007 the Oulahen Team moved from 123 Sheppard Avenue East into their new offices at 4685 Yonge Street, Suite 200. From this renovated space the Oulahens greet clients old and new.
